On June 7, 2021, Ye Pogue and Helen Yang from the AAER, along with allies from the Alliance for Constructive Ethnic Studies met with a state senator in leadership role and the legislative director, to discuss our concerns about the proposed bill S.365 (the Ethnic Study bill).
